WHY I STARTED THIS
I'm Ezra, a 17-year-old with a passion for cooking and a mission to make healthy eating easier. I handcraft every meal myself and deliver them locally each week, because the best food is made personally.

MY STORY
I discovered my love for cooking during the COVID lockdown in 2020. With nowhere to go and lots of time at home, I started experimenting in the kitchen, just for fun. I found real joy in making meals and seeing how happy it made my family. Soon, I was the one going to the grocery store, planning dinners, and cooking for everyone. I loved it.

As the years went by, I kept pushing myself to learn more, trying new dishes, new techniques, and challenging myself to make something different every day. In 2024, I was offered a job at a local café. That’s where I really learned what it meant to work in a fast-paced kitchen. I went from helping out to actually running the kitchen, and I loved the energy.
Outside of work, I’ve had the chance to cook for big events, like making a full spread for a graduation party, and preparing food at the Ronald McDonald House for families in need. These experiences taught me how to handle high-volume cooking without losing quality—and how much joy there is in feeding people during life’s important moments.

With everything I learned there, and my growing fascination with business, I decided to take the leap and start Ezra’s Eats. This is my way of sharing what I love with others, real, fresh food made with purpose.
